YOUR ROLE
Council opened its doors to a 403 seat, state of the art proscenium arch theatre in the heart of Goulburn’s CBD in March 2022. The Goulburn Performing Arts Centre has already won national and international architecture awards and is attracting world class performances enjoyed by audiences from local, regional, state and interstate.
As the Performing Arts Centre Manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategic and effective management of the centre by sourcing, developing, promoting, and delivering a high quality cultural performing arts program to the community that is an innovative, dynamic, and diverse program of theatre, drama, music and other performances and activities.
You are required to demonstrate a strong commercial, business acumen to ensure productive, collaborative business partnerships while also providing inspirational leadership and direction to a highly motivated team.

YOUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT (for eligible employees)
- Work a 9-day fortnight, based on a 35-hour working week, including some weekend and after hours work as required
