Lismore City Council is seeking a Manager People and Culture to be part of our journey to create a workplace where diversity is celebrated, and innovation thrives. 

As part of the Senior Leadership Team, the Manager People and Culture will ensure that the organisation’s people and culture management goals are aligned with the Integrated Planning and Reporting Framework. The role will involve managing the human resource function, providing advice on people matters, managing complex workplace issues, and supporting the Leadership Group with the implementation of the Council’s Workforce Plan. 

We seek a candidate with strategic insight, an inclusive leadership style, strong communication skills and is confident advising senior leaders. 

A generous remuneration package of circa $175K including optional access to a lease-back vehicle is offered.
