Support the computer and networking infrastructure while building a holistic view of Council's strategy, processes and IT infrastructure in alignment with Cyber Security Best Practice.
You will be responsible for managing and delivering Council's security plan and roadmap and engaging with key stakeholders to support the achievement of strategic IT security objectives.
About the role:
- develop, maintain and support a sustainable and comprehensive IT support model.
- manage Council's security operations service to ensure timely detection of current and emerging security events
- guide and collaborate with key stakeholders for the end-to-end design and development of cyber security solutions

We are seeking:
- degree in information technology, computing science or related discipline
- knowledge and experience in managing products such as application control, endpoint protection and vulnerability management
- an understanding of emerging security technologies and their impacts or benefits
- knowledge of regulatory compliance related to information security
- excellent analytical skills to analyse security requirements
