Covering approximately 5,086 sq kilometres, Liverpool Plains Shire is a local government area located in the Northwest Slopes region of New South Wales, Australia. You will be responsible for leading and managing Council’s Human Resources Business Unit and setting objectives and strategies for the organisation’s Human Resource Management (HRM) and workers compensation/injury management functions, with a focus on achieving better practice and legislative compliance and effectively implementing workplace change. You will have experience in recruitment, learning and development and wellness strategies and enjoy seeing our workforce strive individually to be the best that each of us can be.


We are looking for proven performers in this field and you will need to be passionate about inspiring and empowering our managers and their staff which ultimately will improve the Council’s outcomes and performance.
