We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team.

This role will be responsible for leading a team of HR Business Partners to provide high level HR support to the organisation.

Selection Criteria

Essential Experience and Minimum Qualifications

  • Demonstrated extensive experience in leading a team of HR Business Partners to deliver people services across a multidisciplinary workforce.
  • Degree qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or extensive demonstrated experience.
  • Demonstrated experience and sound understanding of legislative and industrial frameworks that apply to Human Resources Management.
  • Experience in developing and reviewing Human Resources policies and procedures.
  • Ability to effectively engage with a variety of stakeholders to deliver business needs
  • Current drivers licence.
