Reporting directly to the General Manager the position will require significant experience in leading change at a senior management level. You will be able to demonstrate genuine leadership qualities, strategic management capabilities and an ability to create a values-based culture. You will also have a demonstrated capacity to build effective and productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
