Project Manager

  • Salary $84,744.04 - $98,303.47 p/a + super
  • Leaseback Vehicle available
  • Permanent full time position – 35 hours per week

Located 16 km’s north of the Sydney CBD, the Ku-ring-gai area covers 84km2, is home to 124,000 residents and set in one of New South Wales’ most attractive natural environments.

 

About the role

Reporting to the Coordinator Project Delivery, you will be responsible for providing professional and technical support in delivering Council’s capital works program.

 

Duties

  • Provide assistance and advice on technical aspects of project designs, specifications and contract documentation for projects
  • Develop specifications and tender documents
  • Prepare preliminary budgets and pre-construction estimates for projects
  • Develop and monitor allocated capital works programs
  • Contract Administration
  • Superintendent Representative role on Projects

 

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Qualifications or relevant experience in Construction Project Management.
  • Class C driver’s license
  • Construction white card
  • Experience in the delivery of construction projects.
  • Experience in Contract Administration
  • High level communication, interpersonal and consultation skills
  • Competent in use of MS Office programs
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
