The Executive Manager implements and leads customer experience strategies across the organisation, championing the provision of high-quality customer service to meet and exceed customer expectations. The role is also responsible for the development, implementation and leadership of communication and engagement strategies and programs that inform and involve Council’s diverse stakeholders. 

You will have relevant tertiary qualifications in Public Administration, Customer Experience Strategy and Design, Stakeholder Management or Communications or a related field and/or demonstrated experience at a senior level with a record of great leadership along with achievement in customer experience strategies, communication, and community engagement.
