Located within a growth corridor, Strathfield is well serviced by public transport, has a unique economic identity with significant commercial centres like Sydney Markets, and a high concentration of notable educational facilities.

Council has a strong commitment to balancing the population growth of the LGA with a sustainable future. We have many internal and external projects and initiatives planned in order to adapt and improve Strathfield well into the future.
