About the Role:
The Team Leader Facilities manages the day to day operation of Council’s building assets and leads the delivery of high quality and customer focused services for users of Council’s community, sport and recreation facilities.
As the Team Leader Facilities you will manage a small team of Community Facility Officers, and work closely with the department Director and officers in the Engineering and Project Delivery teams to ensure a responsive and customer focused delivery of services is provided.
Candidates who are proactive, have excellent communication skills and previous experience in facility maintenance and management are encouraged to apply. Experience in building construction and project delivery processes with an understanding of the local government framework would be considered advantageous.
This position is offered on a full time basis, with flexible work arrangements available by negotiation. Annual salary will be negotiated subject to applicant’s qualification, skills and experience within a range of $81,630 to $90,186, in accordance with Council’s Enterprise Agreement. Plus 13.5% Superannuation, in accordance with Council’s Enterprise Agreement.
