We are seeking an experienced coordinator to provide high quality administrative support to the Fleet Services team.
The Fleet Services team has been undergoing a period of reform and change to improve efficiency and service levels. This role will actively contribute to these improvements by providing support to the team to ensure efficient and rapid service and maintenance of the City's fleet of plant and vehicles, while maintaining data integrity and record keeping.
The role will also oversees the operation of the City's Telematics System fitted to all plant and vehicles as well as the Chain of Responsibility Compliance Program for governance and accountability purposes.
To be suited to this role, you will have work experience in a legislative environment. You will have excellent computer skills, attention to detail and enjoy working in a team environment. A current NSW recognised Drivers Licence is also required.
