We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Helpdesk Support Officer to join our Technology and Digital Services Team.

Reporting to the Technical Support Team Leader, you will provide high quality second level technical support, assist with the replacement of Desktop PC's, printers and approved accessories including the unpacking and assetting of new hardware, applying an SOE and additional applications, installing new hardware at the desktop and preparing old hardware for disposal.

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role supporting IT hardware, complex audio-visual equipment, software and mobile devices in an enterprise organisation with more than 2000 users
  • relevant tertiary and technical qualifications and/or currently undertaking certification in a Microsoft discipline ie MCSE, MCSA, MOS or MTA
  • proven experience using modern Microsoft systems and software such as SCCM, Intune, Active Directory Services, MS Teams, Skype for Business, Windows 10 and O365.
