As part of a recent contemporary restructure, Litchfield Council NT is looking for a new General Manager to lead its teams delivering quality corporate services and business excellence in processes and culture.
Litchfield Council is situated 25km from Darwin and 100km from Litchfield National Park. Set amid tropical rural bushland, boasting a rural lifestyle with a wide range of well-managed services and facilities, it is renowned as the best place to live in the top end.
The new General Manager will lead a team of talented staff in traditional corporate services functions, as well as leading Council’s focus on ongoing business improvement. They will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team which also includes the CEO and General Manager Infrastructure and Operations.
The successful applicant will have demonstrated achievements through their personal leadership and be experienced in traditional corporate services functions. Importantly, they will be someone who has a passion for bringing staff along on a business improvement journey.
