About the Role
The position manages and coordinates business and administrative support across a broad range of functions supporting the delivery of the Water and Sewer Operations Branch.
The salary for this position is $62,362.56 - $72,340.32 per annum plus superannuation dependent on skills, experience and qualifications.
To be successful in this role, you will hold a Certificate IV in Business Administration or related equivalent discipline, or have extensive experience in coordinating administration functions; demonstrate adeptness in the use of Microsoft Office Suite; have a sound understanding of dealing with internal and external customers together with a high level of both written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in applying discretion with sensitive information; demonstrated ability to apply attention to detail, accuracy within an agreed time frame and experience in working within a team to deliver a range of administrative and services are essential. You should also have the capability to coach, mentor and develop a high performing team. Current NSW Drivers Licence (Class C). Demonstrated experience in a similar position within an operational services utility or Local Government department would be highly advantageous.
