The role:

We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Development Contributions Planner to provide specialist statutory and strategic planning services to the Community, Councillors, Customers and Council.

Reporting to the Group Manager, City Planning, you will be accountable for the development, implementation, monitoring and review of Council's development contributions programs in accordance with the specific requirements of the NSW Environmental Planning and Assessment Act and current best practice.

The City Planning Group are a progressive team who maintain a strong professional and autonomous work ethic. They are supportive, collaborative and ensure their decision making is aligned to Council and the Community.

We offer:

  • Permanent Position (28 – 35 hours per week)
  • Salary range $1,683.10 to $1,858.28 per week, based on a 35 hour per week, plus 9.5% superannuation
  • Motor Vehicle or Vehicle Allowance may be offered
