The Social Strategy team is looking for a highly skilled Social Strategy Adviser, responsible for providing social planning research and advice on matters including social infrastructure provision; social services and programs provision, and strategic land use planning policy development and implementation.

The role will be responsible for developing strategic approaches, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to provide advice, support and enable the delivery of the City's Social Sustainability Strategy and Action Plan.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate a proven knowledge of and experience in dealing with contemporary social planning and community development issues, preferably in local government.
