Option to work under a 19 day month arrangement

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, innovative and experienced Project Coordinator to deliver the City's new Street Furniture Contract.

Reporting to the Contract Manager, your immediate priority is to implement the new contract to ensure it aligns with the City's procurement, project and asset management practices.

You will manage the deliverables and the implementation of this contract. Communicate and assist with the management of both internal and external stakeholders, identify and mitigate risks, performance reporting and design development.

To be suited to this role you will be a self-starter with advanced problem-solving, numeracy and communication skills.

You will possess tertiary qualifications in project and/or contract management, and/or extensive experience in asset management with a detailed understanding of street furniture and outdoor media operations, trends and opportunities in joint venture context.

You will be a sound strategic thinker with a proven track record for transforming strategic actions into on the ground solutions, within time and budget. Experience managing contractors, works programmes, asset lifecycles, data and the ability to apply appropriate commercial rational to decisions is essential.
