Salary: $2,164.06pw plus 9.5% Superannuation

Cowra Council is seeking a highly motivated and suitably qualified candidate to join our Infrastructure & Operations team as the Manager - Cowra Services. This position provides professional management of the;
- Aquatic Centre
- Parks & Gardens
- Street Trees
- Waste Operations
- Biosecurity Regulatory Functions
- Aerodrome and Cemeteries
- Depot - Plant, Workshop, Stores & Yard
- Council Building and Infrastructure
Our ideal candidate will be highly capable of Managing the functions within Cowra Services and have well developed management, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. They will be able to effectively analyse complex problems and present simple, well-articulated options and recommendations for moving forward. As the position will require constant liaison with staff throughout the organisation and at all levels, the ability to get on well with people at all levels and to work effectively as part of a team is essential. The successful candidate must have degree qualifications in a related discipline such as Civil or Environmental Engineering, Business Management.
