This newly created senior executive role requires strong leadership and people skills, a sound strategic outlook, a passion for customer service, financial acumen, the ability to clearly communicate to staff and community, and an understanding of rural infrastructure issues.
You will have an Engineering degree, Civil or Mechanical, extensive practical experience and finely tuned project management skills to deliver on infrastructure projects and the civil maintenance program. Your can-do approach, inspiring leadership and strong communication skills will ensure that you provide a high level of strategic direction to your portfolio that includes Infrastructure, Mechanical Services and Roads and Asset Management.

This role is a five-year performance-based contract, with a total remuneration package of circa $210k to be negotiated based on your qualifications, skills, experiences and achievements.
