About the Role
This role is responsible for the coordination of the teams dedicated to the functions of the Resource Recovery Centre and the Saleyards in accordance with Council's adopted Business Plan, inclusive of staff resources, and in line with the adopted Policies of Council.
The salary for this position is $104,106.92 - $120,763.28 plus superannuation, dependent on skills, experience and qualifications.
To be successful and proficient in this role, you must have a Degree or Tertiary qualification in Business, or related discipline. Your management style will evidence innovation and facilitation whilst demonstrating experience around strategies, plans, systems and frameworks to improve and sustain the organisation and its Executive Management Team. Knowledge of guidelines, policies and procedures in accordance with the relevant legislation and professional standards is necessary, as is experience in internal and external customer service standards. Skills in strategic analysis, reporting and excellent oral and written presentation are essential, together with a keen understanding of and experience in developing and implementing contemporary Community Engagement practices. Project management experience and an ability to develop, manage and report on budgets at a Branch level are highly sought after skills.
