We are seeking dynamic, enthusiastic, skilled and experienced people to join us as part of the City Development team.

The role:

To respond to the growth of the area, we have created two new positions which will be part of a senior group to lead the Planning team.

As a Principal Planner - Development Assessment, you will use your extensive experience to assess and determine complex development applications as well as provide coaching and guidance to the planning team.

We offer:

  • Permanent full time, 35 hours per week
  • Salary up to $1909.05 per week depending on qualifications, skills and experience, plus 9.5% superannuation
  • Fully maintained leaseback vehicle or vehicle allowance may be offered.

Conditions of employment are in accordance with the Local Government State Award, relevant legislation and Council's policies and procedures.
