About the Role
The function of Water Crew Member within the Water and Sewer Branch is to undertake a range of dedicated functions including inspection, maintenance, repair, renewal and construction of the water reticulation assets (this role may also be required to assist with other areas across water and sewer). The work is to be done in accordance with a planned and reactive program to meet applicable regulatory and adopted quality standards.
The salary for this position is $50,641 to $58,743 dependent on skills, experience and qualifications.
You hold or are looking to obtain a Certificate III in Water Industry Operations or equivalent (can include relevant units of competency in Plumbing and/or Water Reticulation). You can demonstrate relevant operational experience and knowledge in construction and maintenance activities related to water network assets, including competencies in operation of large/small plant, tools and equipment.
