We are implementing a single integrated enterprise resource planning solution to enable us to realise efficiencies for our staff and community.

The Role and You

The role of Manager Customer Experience is an opportunity for an innovative thinker, who is passionate about working with people and can take customer experiences to the next level. With a “customer-centric” mindset you will be responsible for putting the customer at the centre of what we do.

You will manage the development, implementation and evaluation of strategic and tactical customer engagement plans, programs that are customer-centred, trusted, add value and deliver outcomes beyond client expectations.

As an organisational leader you will be responsible for working with and influencing others to develop a customer-centred mindset across Council.

As the Manager of a team you will be responsible for inspiring direction and purpose, with mature level-headedness, to deliver results for our community.

Package

A remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful candidate. This package will include a vehicle option.

Location

You will be initially based at Council’s Forster offices, working from other sites as required. Council is planning to move to new offices in Taree South in early 2021.
