The IT Applications Support Officer will collaborate with Council IT Service providers to maintain the front and back end support of Council's computer application platforms in accordance with business needs. The position is a point of contact and liaison between Council and its IT service providers.
The position is responsible for coordinating and implementing the consistent resolution of configurations and system platform and applications issues in line with service level agreements. This is done in conjunction with Council’s IT desktop, system and communications support suppliers.
