The Director Organisation and Community Capacity is a key member of Council’s Executive Team, with responsibility for leading the functions of Strategy and Engagement, Integrated Risk, Human Resources, Customer Experience and Business Improvement.
The role provides high level operational and strategic advice to Council and the General Manager, gives direction across the group and works with the Executive Team to create overall organisational direction and leadership, whilst ensuring that business performance and legislative requirements are achieved.
