About the Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer you will be responsible for overseeing Council's property function to ensure compliance with the Local Government Act and other relevant legislation.
The salary for this position is $90,890p.a - $105,432p.a + 9.5% Super dependent on skills, experience and qualifications.
In addition to tertiary qualifications in land, property or business management and demonstrated experience in a senior property position within a large organisation you will hold:
- A background and practical experience in conveyancing;
- Practical experience in compulsory acquisition process and principles along with a comprehensive knowledge of land valuation principles;
- Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge and experience in applying the relevant legislative provisions pertaining to property matters and land use matters and;
- A high level of attention to detail, you will also be a highly organised person who is and able to prioritise their day successfully.
