Right now, we have newly created position for a Team Leader - Ranger Compliance to join our Ranger & Parking Services team. This is a career-building opportunity for an experienced candidate who is seeking progression.
This person will work closely with their team and the community, and will have a problem solving, solutions focused attitude using the regulatory framework. In this role you will be responsible for the management of day to day operations of the Ranger Compliance team and for providing a high quality of customer service.
- Relevant previous experience as a Compliance Ranger or equivalent
- Previous management or supervisory experience
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills
- SEINS Certified
- Class C NSW Drivers Licence
Some weekend and after hours work may be required.
Completion of year 12 High School Certificate or equivalent, a TAFE course in Business or similar, or Certificate IV in Local Government (Regulatory Services), Authorised by NHVR and RMS to enforce light and heavy vehicles, will be well regarded, but is not essential.
This position has a base salary range from $77,561.37 to $100,829.78 p.a. + Superannuation and penalty rates as appropriate. Your commencing salary will depend on your qualifications and experience in a similar role.
You will also have the benefit of an attractive leaseback motor vehicle arrangement that provides you with private use of a fully maintained vehicle. You will also enjoy participation in a Rostered Day Off scheme.
