BUSINESS EXCELLENCE AND IMPROVEMENT COORDINATOR
2 year Contract - 3 days per week
$87K - $104K full time salary (to be prorated for 21 hrs/wk)

Burwood Council is currently undertaking a strategic business re-focus and we are looking for a dynamic, energetic and flexible candidate for this integral role to provide effective business excellence, advice and support.
The responsibilities of the Business Excellence and Improvement Coordinator will be to identify, analyse, implement and facilitate improvement initiatives and service reviews to ensure continuous improvement of Council’s business functions.
Ideally, candidates for this role will be tertiary qualified, have proven experience researching, developing, implementing and monitoring business improvements and organisational change programs.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate their experience in applying the Australian Business Excellence Framework (ABEF) and their ability to lead, motivate and foster a culture of excellence.
