Employment arrangement: Part Time - 14.5 hours per week (job share)

The Safe City team is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join its small team working to increase actual and perceived safety for the City of Sydney's residents, workers and visitors. You will be responsible for project and issues management and for policy advice in relation to community safety, harm minimisation and crime prevention across the City of Sydney Local Goverment Area.

To be successful, you will have:

  • a degree and demonstrated experience in working within a human services context
  • experience in project management, strong communication and negotiation skills
  • experience in community safety or working with diverse population groups (desirable).
