 The Role

The Director Customer Service and Organisation Improvement is a key member of the Executive Team and leads functions involving front line customer service; business processes, systems and culture; organisation capability and performance; governance; enterprise risk management, safety and probity; and commercial focus in appropriate areas.

 The Candidate

You will have inspirational people leadership, a passion for service excellence, high level relationship skills and play a significant role in the development of long term strategy and policy. We are an organisation with 655 employees, an annual budget of $130M and capital works budget of $36M. 

 The role is offered on a five-year, performance based contract with an attractive remuneration package.
