We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled professional to join our Corporate Strategy team. In this challenging senior role, you will be responsible for leading innovative programs including strategic and business planning, performance measurement and principles of Quadruple Bottom Line. You will be involved in partnering with service areas, collating reports and acting in accordance with the NSW WHS Act 2011, Work Health Regulation 2017 and the WHS Management System.
You must have tertiary qualifications and/or minimum eight years of relevant experience with Local Government Planning and Reporting requirements, knowledge of the industry and policy settings, experience in business planning and change management, inter-personal and negotiation skills, flexibility in working hours and a driver’s licence. Experience in Quadruple Bottom Line reporting and decision making and knowledge of business process management would be advantageous.
There will be alcohol, drug and random resting during the pre-employment phase.
Salary Range: $93,085.20 - $104,254.80 (Grade 17) per annum, leaseback vehicle, 35 hour working week, leave entitlements, 9.5% employer superannuation contribution, gym membership discounts and more.
