Circular Head Council is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cashier Administration Officer. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining the Council’s cashiering and banking systems, providing high-quality frontline customer service, and assisting with various administrative functions. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a community-focused organisation while delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Additionally, the Officer will provide support to the Customer Service Officer to ensure smooth operations and effective teamwork.
You will need:
- Completion of formal education preferably to at least Year 12.
- Demonstrated experience in an office environment including customer service, telephone, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to personal integrity, continuous improvement and understanding customer expectations ensuring the provision of a high standard of service to all customers (internal and external).
- Demonstrated experience in operating in a team environment, in particular sharing workloads and supporting colleagues in a positive manner.
The package:
- Starting rate of $64,832.06 (pro-rata) as per enterprise agreement

Appointment is subject to satisfactory pre-employment background checks. These will include reference checks, National Police History record check, and Medical Examination including drug and alcohol testing.
