Armidale Regional Council is recruiting the following important Program Leader positions into its new, contemporary organisation structure. These key fourth-level positions are responsible for service delivery and building a great culture in their areas of responsibility.

ASSET MANAGEMENT AND PLANNING

Delivering the whole of region asset planning and renewal; management of condition audits, and the development and delivery of asset maintenance program and survey design function.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND RECORDS —

Network administration; information technology management (including IT strategy); systems administration; IT helpdesk; records management, and GIS/LIS management.

ROADS AND DRAINAGE CONSTRUCTION —

delivering the whole of region capital works program and managing the road and drainage construction operations of Council, from delivery to completion.

WORKPLACE HEALTH AND SAFETY

WHS management systems (policy, directives, and advice); safety training, enablement and support; safety compliance (including investigations and audit) and reporting, and Workers Compensation.

CUSTOMER SERVICES

Maintain and enhance Council’s customer service reputation; implement Council’s customer service model, and lift the standard of customer service and consistency from all aspects of Council.
